User Side Features:

• Users can browse your real estate listings quickly and easily using our user-friendly search capabilities
• Browse listings using different search criteria e.g.(Amount of bedrooms, Price range, City/State etc.)
• Users can click on 'Request More Info' from any listing page to get more information about a certain property. Once the request form is filled out their client information gets stored in cookies so they don't need to fill out all of the form fields every time they return.
• Yahoo! Maps helps your visitors locate the property and get directions!
• Users can be notified by the admin whenever there is a change to a property or property status.
• Users can search by 'keyword' for wider more general search results.
• Users can view all agents assigned to any particular property and contact the agent from the listing page.
• Users are provided with a map/directions for each listing on your site (via Yahoo! Maps).
• Users can tell their friends about any particular listing they find interesting using our 'Tell a Friend' feature.
• The system provides the user with an advanced mortgage calculator!

Admin Side Features:

• Extremely user-friendly adminstration console.
• Add unlimited agents to your system
• Agents can add and manage listings but are restricted to just 'their' listings.
• Quickly add new real estate listings to your web site in seconds! This easy-to-use admin console allows you to add property listings that will appear on your website as soon as you click the 'submit' button.
• Each listing can have upto 12 photos. When you enter a new listing you can upload up to 12 photos for each listing!
• The admin can specify the maximum image size allowed for photos.
• Add and edit as many categories as you want!
• Add as many cities and states as you want!
• You can add/edit the 'type' option property fields you would like displayed on your site e.g.(for rent, for sale etc).
• You can add as many 'feature' options as you like!
• Each time you (as the admin) add a new property you can assign it to whatever agents you've added to the system!
• View Client List. Everytime a visitor requests information about a property they are stored in the database. From the admin you can view all leads and contact them directly from the console.
• Newsletters. You can send out a mass email newsletter to all leads in your database with ease!
